Hi, my name is Tori and I have struggled with diet and exercise my entire life. Binge Eater - check! Quick Fixes - check! Chronic exercise program starter - check!

Here's the thing though... when I got sober at 19 years old, I quickly learned that in order to stay sober you have to help others. And so here I am. Sharing my life, my experience, my strength with other women that struggle with food, exercise and all around self-love and care.

I am on a journey of imperfect results and imperfect action, trying to find my perfect path.

What's for dinner?

I actually do love to cook. If I had all the time in the world, I would cook big elaborate meals but I don't have the time with three kiddos. Plus I find the more elaborate, the more calories it is. Which yeah yeah, we shouldn't be worried about calories and for the most part I'm not. I just try and eat clean, fresh food. It does not cost more money - that is false news. And when I learned how to properly prep and assemble food quickly, it became much easier and cost effective.

Needs to be quick.

Needs to be family-friendly.
